it probably wouldn't be a bad idea ... i would ask REDFROG before doing it though ...

found this on the web ...

it looks cool, but if we made something like it it would need redish camo, and it would have to be a little beat up.

i have been going through the tutorial videos at 3d buzz ... so eventually i might be helpful when it comes to mapping ... I built and played my first room about 5 days ago, so im not that advanced. but i am trying, i forgot how discouraging it was to learn new programs . AutoCAD is easier than this

well it seems somewhat easy so far ... it just that i am trained to using the RED editor ... i keep trying to move brushes with m, rotate with R and moving the free look camera around with the # pad .

im going to continue going through tutorials today.

Are we moving to sobe's site?

since hes got a whole section devoted to it we could start multipe threads about different aspects ... like Concept Vehicles, Hud ideas, bug reports, new ideas etc.

No, we're not moving, sobe has nicely provided me with a nice space to build a website for the mod, which ill be doing
That will be the offical Mod website, which i think should be where most of the discussion is put... ill put a link to this thread in a post in teh forum in a little bit
But, soon i would like to have most mod news and updates on the offical website for it, because it will be alot easier for people who are looking forward to the mod, to see whats happening on it

The main idea behind the site being provided, is so that you can have your discussions as your having here, there. And even private discussions in areas only certain people/groups can access. Such as testers, etc.

And the site is ready for a release to the public as well

Site is built using PHP-Nuke GPL, etc., etc., of course I will mod it to suit the needs XD. But as goober said, it could be the "official" site for it.

I'll be switching to Servage.net hosting in June, and you guys will have NO worry over bandwidth
And get more space for mod addons, mutators, scripts, etc.

With 600BG monthly bandwidth I think we can manage lol

Yea, id take about 1TB, but... yea

You never know, the offical mod site will get REALLY busy if the mod does as well as we're expecting...
