The issue is still being looked over with my host, it's not cPanel, it may be the main partition Jay said. So, if we ever get this sorted out before I switch hosts, then we can get Nuke up. I will be switching to 1and1 Hosting in June, so YAY for us XD.

Also, as for RF2 items, I think that should be a totally seperate mod..... WAIT! EVERYONE WANTED RF2 ONLINE PLAY! Hint hint... lol
An RF mod, and RF2 mod RF2 would be EXTREMELY popular I would think.

The Sopot Tread Tank may actually work for you guys. It does have that RF-y look.

Tank + Wall + Geo-Mod = Probably why RF2 had no online mode.

I know its possible for walking vehicles ... but ive heard its hard to code and model

Much harder than a car or tank because of all the joints.

Why doesn't RED Frog make the APC?

APC would be ool, just alter it a bit. Have a Gun port out the top, for a passenger and if the script for gunning passanger's works,ive room for about 3 passangers, one hanging out a side door on either side, and one with a gunning position out the back.

I like that Tank should so be made for this mod

I dont think that having the Battle Tank is a bad idea, either have it as a Mutator... or have it as a special vehicle which is hidden somewhere or there is only one and not very often (im thinking like the Leviathan)

Just thinking about RF2 is sweet, maybe we could release mutators for the weapons...

Mutator:

RF2 Weapons - Replaces RF weapons with RF2 weapons

RF+RF2 - Both sets of weapons

Have you guys thought of adding some 'concept' weapons to the mod, ie weapons that THQ thought of adding to RF, but never did?

It could be like the 'secret arsenal', and you could be a lot more creative with them!

Am I asking too much here?

For right now? ... yes. i don't think we should overstress REDFROG on this stuff, esecially since he is the only one that is modeling (that i know of) for this mod.

I really think we need to perfect just the regular RF part of this mod.

I agree we can alway try to make a mod of the 2nd game later as i might have an idea of how to get the textures from it

Guys look, we have the release of the mod, then updates released offten, theres no limit to what we can release on mutators, maps and other things released after the mods release (as add-ons) so we dont really need to discuss that yet...

Im starting modeling some Vehicles for the mod and im still mapping and texture disigning... Along with designing the website and graphics for promo images... wow, im doing alot... RED-FROG is doing the hardest stuff here, remember that, i dont think we should force him/ask him to do anything else right now, if he gets done and we still need some vehicles modeled (i want ALOT of vehicles) or maps made im sure he will help then, but lets try to make sure the maps will be done for the release... Also, i think im going to go with Assmans suggestion: only release like 10 maps with the Mod, the rest can be updates, this would keep people interested the last thing we want is people comming, getting the mod, then just playing it and getting board of it in a week, we have to keep people entertained and interested
Im sure that once the mod is released (if its as good as we're aiming for) then we wont have trouble finding mappers and other designers to help us

I just thought of a pretty cool idea.

We have the Aesir right? one flying vehicle, its pretty fast and is pretty versitile...

how about the UED ship from the end cutscene? It could be like the Levaithan of the air.

Could take like 5 people onboard. be heavily armoured, but slow so an easy target, but it would be so cool.

The problem with that is the ship is not a model in rf.

So? Red Faction doesnt have enough vehicles in my mind, if possible id like to have 20+ vehicles... i just love a variaty...

have like 2 gunner positions on either side, a driver's seat too. make it slow but Seriously heavily armed. that way it can dish out punishment and take a serious beating.

Would be so cool, imagine like 3 Aesir fighters trying to take it down, weaving about, dodging the Incoming heavy fire.
