Well my urbanwar91 map messed up again. And I have also started over again. I have made some quick progress though, already have two buildings, a small cabin and a trailor. I am making some serious detail work on this level, and turning the lightmap resolution on all of the textures has made lighting much better looking. Also turning everything that is heavily detailed into a keyframe helps with the RED limit, I think it was DVL_IAC that gave that tip...

I'm not saying that its a bad idea, but I wonder how you are going to make it work, so that all players have only one type of weapon.

And yeah maybe just puting weapons trough out the whole level is a better idea.

but I'm just wondering how you are going to make your idea work.

Ok, i think im finally done with my ISS map ... .

i have it completely done all except i still havent figured out the panel problem (as mentioned here)

... I am going to wait a week before i release it to get suggestions from people. If i get some suggestions that work I will use them and have it published by friday, if i don't i will release it this friday anyways, fixed or unfixed. (i need to move on).

... so any suggestions?

Did you watch the vid?, it shows how i believe it will be done. You start in the/a spawn room with many doors (each with a weap pic above it) and then depending on which weap you choose you then move to the map with the selected weapons.

Well I have finally started making a new map for RF but getting the lighting correct is driving me crazy as the maps I made in the past all used lights from inside the rooms that were build but this time I am trying external lighting so as to cast shadows and hopefully make it look more atmostheric.

I actually started making it in October, so it has been quite a while, But now it's already going over RED's Limits.

Had to add 0 faces to fix ps2 tiling.
Fixing any t-joints...
Fixed 15 t-joints.

So it means "Gas Station"...

Looks good but the price seems cheap if the gas station was in the United States. Currently regular gas around here is at an average of 259 9/10 per gallon.
