the levels are quite easy in technohunk ... ones just made out of 2 box brushes |

But the thing is, we cant have THQ and Volition logos for the start, because THQ and Volition didnt make the game or the mod, we can have a MarsWars Team logo... or technochunk, i vote technochunk |

i think we should have the regular intro ... then all of a sudden an RF transport drops down in the middle of it all and parker and his RF freinds jump out and kick the UT characters butts .
Edit: oh, and then when its all over ... they dance. |

heh, i just thought about how funny it would be to see parker take out a character like malcom or Xan with a baton .
I can't help to think how hilarious it would be to have them come out of nowhere like an invasion on all the UT characters .
I think maybe we should wait untill everything else is finished so we have access to all of the RF resources in the game . |

Visit the site, ive been fooling around with themes, the forum and the rest of the site use 2 differnt themes, but i think they work well together.
so what do you think of it? better than the old subsilver one? |

The only suggestion i would make is to fix the tiling of the logo at the top ... |

Awww, hoping no one would notice that because i dont know how to fix it..
I set my resoulution down so i dont have to see it, plus ive been straining my eyes ever since i put my 17" monitor on 2048X1700 or something... now im on 1024X768 and its a big bigger than what i want, but i think its better for my eyes. |

If I ever get the newer version that will allow the dedicated server I will run one and leave it on for a while for testing purposes. 
BTW I can add the VCTF map to the map folder of the newer mod maps folder correct? 
It's just that running a listen server kinda sucks. I takes more CPU usage and one less person can join because the server is always in the game. Whether they are playing or not.
Right now I am running a Red Storm Mod dedicated server. Just click my signature to see if it's up and what level is running. |

ok, i don't know anything about PHP Nuke and i only know HTML so just tell me if it won't work
heres what i think the problem is:

ok, instead of width="100%" you need to put a fixed number instead of 100% ... its making the cell stretch all the way across ... you need to put the length of the logo in there so it would be width="(length of logo)"
that should fix it ...
Edit: unless you want it centered ... that way above would set it to the left |

Well the file is 1064X176... so ill try editing that page in a little bit...
Frank, you can add the VCTF map if you want, but as RED-FROG has said, the mod doesnt support VCTF At the moment, he said he would send out a new RedFaction.u file that opens the gametypes |

goober I just noticed that RFVCTF-TheArtOfWar was included in the download but as you said, it doesn't support VCTF any more. |

Yea, but like REDFROG said, he will be sending out a new RF.u file soon that will activate RFVCTF (and hopefully RFONS? ) |

The (RF)VCTF mode should still be working. I just havent added the theartofwar map to the last testversion because its a kinda big file, and you've already seen it. The gametype wont appear when there are no maps for it.
I said that I havent done any (big) changes on the vehicles. The jeep still has to be fixed (the bone positions and the texture). The Aesir hasnt changed, too.
But I have modelled the APC some days ago. Its ingame now, looks pretty cool. But it has no weapons, yet.
I think I'll attach an MG on the top (where the hatch is), I have no idea what the other weapons could be. Perhaps the default ones, seen in RF. (mortar and I think another MG) But too many guns arent good. I just like the to have some teamwork.
I'll show you how the new HUD and APC is looking in a few days. |
