as far as i can see, noone has said anything offensive to you. please redirect me to a post if this isnt true.  i dont understand what the heck has happened here? everything started off so great, and then a few negative attitudes were exchanged, and all of a sudden people are dropping like flys.  i thought the majority of us here were adults, or at least could act in an adult manner when it came to keeping RF alive and kicking.
all i have to say about the RFU project, is that its a GREAT idea, and the people involved in it are great too. i dont want to see anyone take the territorial pissings of the few, and direct their frustrations about it on the rest of the community. a lack of mappers, strikes a seriouse blow the longevity of the game we all love so much.
i seriously wish you would reconsider your withdrawl FATE/destiny. beatdown maps are very fun maps, and you have a knack for making them.  |

Well, I believe that I'm done with SPACE WALTZ...but it doesn't have a readme so I'll add that if necessary.
I have a second map about 70% done but have been distracted and haven't done any work on it for a couple weeks. |

A1 i asked for help with the map the music seprate vpp crap and i got a semi rude reply.And i'm just not up to dealing with people anymore i'm becoming a hermit and hiding from people because i am so sick of their BS.I started mapping for fun and all i asked for was some help and his reply was basicly making fun of what i was asking. DM-RFU4-DE is done except for the music and seperate vpp thing i don't know how to do. I'll go ahead and submit the map IF i can get some help.I have a family and a business to run and i was mapping to reduce my stress not get more stress because of some little people that can't be polite to others. Most of you know I am a nice person most of the time but there is only so much a person can take before they get mad.Its not just levels people its most of the people that are left in RF they just are rude maybe its because they are young or whatever but since my surgery i just don't feel like being the nice push over i used to be. maybe its hormonal or something or maybe i'm just fed up. Sorry to rant and rave and hope you guys don't decide to hate me just because you seen me on a bad day.
I'll figure out something and submit the map not sure what i'll do next.

The level looks great, I didn't notice any problem except for me not hearing the music, but thats because I can't seem to here the music when its in a seperate VVp. well no matter, the level still looks great. Other thing is that i'm born on the 6th of august, the tombstone says 5th
Ow yeah and one last thing, When standing on top of a tombstone at the back of the field i can jump over the fence surrounding the premisses, locking me outside, I can't get back.
No real problem though, since I just shouldn't have jumped over the fence in first place |

Everything is looking good....
Unless I can get my butt in gear, my map will not be in the pack. I've been quite busy learning to ride my new motorcycle...however, it will be going into the shop soon for some work, so with any luck, I'll be able to spend some time in front of RED. If anyone is willing to help me out a bit, I'd be willing to release it with credit going to whoever helped. Opera houses are all about lighting and lighting is not my friend..
As for everything else, I think this is going to be a really good pack. Tomorrow evening is the initial submission deadline. If you need the extra time, you have until the final submission, but your map MUST be tested by others before being released. I will be taking the FTP down Friday night for some maintence (4:30-6:30pm EST), so if you can't access it, don't get your panties in a bunch, it'll be back. I will be re-arranging the folders and moving stuff around so its (hopefully) easy to navigate.
I will try to get a server up soon for testing. I'm sure Dankone will have his up as well, so if you see either one, get in there and test, test, test.
During this final testing phase, we need to get the VBM finalized. No one is required to put it in their map, but if you do, please make sure to get the latest version!
FINAL SUBMISSION is THURSDAY of NEXT WEEK. At that point, I will take down the FTP, pack everything into RARs and/or ZIPs and upload them to L4Y. There's a possibility that the new site may be going live between now and then, so if it does, be prepared for hiccups and a possible delayed release. It will be released as soon as humanly possible.
Beat, Its your job to find out exactly who's mapping and make sure the names get to Dankone for the VBM. If you need help, recruit someone. Also, once all is said and done, the CDC needs to come back under my control so I can redo the main page to include this release.
Good job to everyone....lets make sure this pack gets played! |

oh but you can.there are certain trees that have climbing region on them in which you can climb them and snip or jump back into the main part of the level |

anyway Mostertman can you hear the costom sounds? because those are in a sepperate vpp too... the map is nothing without its sounds |

hmm try putting all the sounds in the main map vpp and see if they work then... you should hear thunder and crickets and stuff... theres 27 different sounds that play at all different points in the map...
