Hey dont disrespect mac users, they're more design conscious than the average PC user

... plus they never need to buy anti-virus software

Bah.... PCs are far better. I spent 2 years buggering around with crappy macs and I have yet to be impressed once.

But still, I guess it would be mean to leave those people out completely.

non music lovers can just delete the mus anyway i might have to use music events cuz i have some costom ambient im gonna want looping and i dont think u can use an ambient sound for looping costom ambient ao the only way i can think of to make it loop would be events... isnt there a way someone found out to use mus events but not crash rf if they dont have the music? if there is i need to know how

I think you can use the Cyclic Timer Event instead of using the normal plethora of events. This way it does not crash mac users or so I believe. However, I have only used it once and it was for a sound on a keyframe, I havn't tried using it on an AAmbient Sound. Someone else might be able to clear this up.

Create an account at http://imageshack.us/ You dont have to create an account but it will make it much easierto manage your pics in your galleries. Upload you r pic there and it even gives you the links with forum code for you to copy and paste them in here.

I Figured out how to do the cone in the brush issue. I had to use an air brush into the side of the "cabinet" that was the same size as the solid cone I was trying to carve into the cabinet. I did have the air brush cone checked as a portal but changed it cause I want to have one on either side of the room facing each other and I don't want that hall of mirrors or any other problems with it being a portal. I've read you can put it right thru the center of the map, but, also read to keep it away from geo, any other portal warnings? like near rotating brushes?
The cabinet was just a solid brush with a smaller air brush inside. It will be one of many speaker cabinets that will be in the map. The solid I was trying to carve into the main "cabinet" just fits into where I placed the air brush of the same dimensions. The solid cone had to be made to detail also. It has a hole on either side of it so player can see and be seen from inside the cabinet.Sniper

That's because you have a geforce card and if you walk upto a brush that's leaning towards you and use the rail site then that wall becomes invisible. The sniper and PR can also see through even a flat wall when you zoom in, but, unlike the rail gun, the bullets wont pierce the walls.

IAC, you did them remember, the only difference was that I tidied them up a bit
cut the image out and place it on a transparent background leaving a transparent border all the way round. Save as a 32-bit .tga and then use one of the Particle Emmitters from IAC's Desk. Save it as a group and load it in, just change the Texture

tried that but the new textures become completely invisable in the ed and in game...
