Wasa, you didn't know, but please don't post the username and password for the FTP in any public thread. I don't want everybody logging into the FTP site since its a server at my work. |

OK Ive tested my map (unfinished) with a Mac user , he was Blown away with the sounds, . Just to confirm , Custom .wav DO NOT WORK with Mac Users! U must Use the Default Audio in RF to Make em work!
and hmmmmmmm who cares , Mac SUX .   |

Quand j'avais ces sortes de problemes avec les FTP, la solution étais simple. Essaie de trouvez dans les "Settings", l'option de "Passive Mode", et renversez la selection courant.

Some things can't be accurately translated by somebody that doesn't know the native tongue of the region. The french we learn here is not even close to what french speaking people use. |

same can be said the other way around, you find most countries learn English in schools but it is text book english not colloquial as we speak

I fixed the weird pink transparency by switchin somthin in Photoshop to RGB. It came thru clear,but, I still can't get it to work in RED. I also tried the glass textures. I did make the Brush a detail. First just the Air brush>nothin happens, then the outside/solid was changed to a detail>nothin, but when i changed both in and out to detail then the whole brush dissapeared. I know I am a noob to mappin  I'm just stuck on this
All I'm tryin to do is have a box u can rail only(no other weapons) out from the inside of. I want to have a clear view from the inside, but a regular texture on the outside of the box so the player that's inside can't be seen from the outside. |

Blazaholic try here that is a tutorial on making a glass texture, i know it says breakable glas but u can set it s o it wont break.
unless of course you already checked that tutorial? |

Ya, and look how broken their english usually is.
It's not like the person can't just translate "Passive Mode" and "Settings" using the Google language tool thingy. That's not a big deal. |

Thanks Pack Hunter. I've been there alot lately. What you showed me ended up gettin me goin in a different direction. I used another large air brush in the side of the box and a face brush inside that. Basically, installing a window with a default glass texture on the inside and a different, non transparent texture on the outside.
I went wrong earlier by trying to put the glass on the air brush that was the whole inside of the cabinet. |

I'm having the same problem connecting with LeapFTP, and no PASV mode is not turned on.
I can log onto other ftp sites ( including L4Y ) just not the RFU one  |
