Those CS remake maps look pretty good, for so far.

but I'm wondering how is the progress on these maps i found trough out the Pimp My Map! topic:

well its about 1/4 done... but probly wont be finished due to lack of motivation.

The pics on my cdc have been changed. My origional Urbanwar91 map had so much detail it maxed you red in 2 1/2 buildings and about 1/4 of the underground sewers. I guess RED isn't meant for some real detail work. I'll post pics of the new one I'm working on (with a little bit less detail) when I get home.

Some of these maps are looking really good.

I thought it might be nice to start a CTF map. I never really build one of those before. This one is set in a canyon. So far I got the canyon, and two bases. Not sure this is going to be something I'm going to finish though.





I'd say this map is like 4% done

Wow nice maps, I was looking at wot Mostertman said & i like keparls work, Ive just finnished the Matrix lobby today (dm-Closing Hour) & sent it in,
Untill i get the basic Dojo size 4 the matrix im gonna play around with some more RF counter Strike Maps, Here is CT spawn in Map cs_assualt

Well I never played Halo, but I kinda got inspired watchjing Red vs. Blue, Some sort of comedy series for Halo.

I thought it was from UT2k4 ... or have they done it for a few games?

Well I have several maps I am currently working on. One is Urbanwar 91 which is coming along nicely, another map I have been messing with is Middle of Nowhere II, and a Warlords inspired floating platform map.

So far in Urbanwar 91 I have the L4Y HQ, a tall skyscraper with the cylinder shaped elavators on the outside. A little cottage right next door to it, and over in the corner a few slum houses, Metal pipes holding a few bent pieces of sheet metal.

In MON II I have the main shape of the arena, the tube you can get to using Woah! Sorry no secrets revealed here!. I also have the low gravity set so you can jump just a little bit higher, not like the other one where you jumped around 25 feet into the air. Almost like the jumping in Halo 2. The main shape of the lighting is finished, and I have one spawn point made so far (for testing the map ).

Not too much progress in Spacelords though. Just the skybox, the instant kill event so you don't have to wait a long time before you die, and the crude vertexed shapes of the platforms.

Tico Torres (Andrew Rollinger) already made a spaceLoards, it had really gud lighting effects, Maybe you might get some ideas off it by looking @ it [thats wot i normally do]also,cant wait to see you version.
I like your other ideas about the tall skyscraper also

Wish i had alot of time to create maps (15 hours max perday wen on holiday or not @ skool or working) then mi mum kicks me off and dissconects my wirless Network
