Regardless I can see the intent behind this. Great work. Although as with most bots people normally don't need to be zoomed in to get those kills, especially since most rail maps are CTF each team is colour coded(So to speak).
An interesting change though.

Sobe - Colorbots lock on rail scopes only. Player characters are never fullbright, no matter what skins they use. Lighing affects the color, a bot cannot lock on

accutally goober you are wrong there a aimbot which i have tryed had to have a certain skin on the rf players to lock on and it did it followed the players around the room
and would only miss once or twice due to lag

It won't work... There is ONE way to make a colorbot work on anything other than the rail scope and I'm not going into any details. It has never been used by the public, and will never be. It's blocked in Pure just in case though.

It won't work, and even if it did - It would require BrightSkins which aren't allowed in PF either

I think that feature would make more sense if the person was red while they were running around, but if they stopped, they'd slowly turn back to blue cuz their body heat would go down as they're no longer moving.
Unless I've completely missed the idea behind this feature....

... No. It's not to look like anything, It's there to stop colorbots from being able to lock to the orange color
