Well I was gonna send a screen shot with every 1 saying it works fine , but no need they have all posted ......still got me beat wots goin on tho with you A1? . I see you on MSN but you were set to Away , so I didnt disturb you , I just wanna get this sorted out !

There didnt seem to be a problem when we tested it the other day ITCH, so wassup now?

Remember, it will only kill people server-side... It won't kill the client

ok. get this. ive been so frustrated by the fact that apparently its only me thats having this problem that i wont let it go. so ive did some more testing, and found an even stranger thing about it all. apparently....i will only die if im looking at the trigger, or to the right of the trigger. if i look at the direction i wanna go, or to the left of the switch, i make it every time. figure that one out. line of sight should have NOTHING to do with the way an effect works. crazy stuff man.
OH, and BTW...no i donot play with fall damage on. for those of you that were wonderin if that was the prob. Im getting slammed into the ceiling and crushed.

if it only hapes when ur facing a sertain waty is it possible the telaporter is not wide enough to take int he whole body when they face a certain diresction...? just a hotugh but highly doubtful

I am sure this problem can easily be resolved by changing the route of the keyframes. Perhaps come accross the floor laterally for a metre or 2 and then up and accross. I'll have a cheeky peek in RED later, but it is unlikely to cause many problems in normal gameplay as it should only cause death server-side.

YIKES, fix the hole first....then the ps2 faces (get rid of as many as you can), then move on to the t-joints.


the hole i should be able to fix but the ps2's and t-joints i have no clue where they are..

Omg, no wonder the RFL is so big. You kinda over-did RF's limits ...

OMG Why aren't holding your self to RED's limits?

Just want show, how my map looks thus far. Im still under RED's limits, i have no PS2 faces and no holes, and no t-joints, If you pay good atention to the limits it isn't that hard to keep under them.

wow fixing that 1 hole lets me go a whole lot further! i didnt think it would make that big of a difference but it does!

i just copied and pasted something with a lot of faces 4 times to see if it would crash...

LOL, no sorry....been working a lot, haven't tested your map yet. I was just laughing at the anti-A1 mod that you've built into your map. I need to get me one of those.
