The maps 236mb rared right now because I haven't got around to cutting the res of all the textures in half for a low res version yet, so your going to need high speed to download the file. I'm also probably going to need someone to host the server because my comp has decided to cut itself off from every other computer. I can join servers but no one can see me even in a LAN servers. It doesn't even let me connect to a FTP server on another one of my comps yet other computers on my network can.. Anyway back to the topic. Map test anyone? It would probably be on around 8 or 9 EST. So about 2.5h-3.5h after this post. If anyones interested I'll PM them the d/l link. When I eventually submit it to the site I'm going to cut the res all the textures in half for a normal res version which will prolly be around 100mb then cut the res in half again for a low res version which will prolly be around 40mb. Then have the high res version on file front. Would you be able to host the test server frank? Anyway I'll send you the download link so you can get a start on it. I was way beyond the limits. You realise that your single map is larger than all my maps put together. it's called: Canadian Testing Grounds it's up. I think I might wait until tomorrow for the test because sofar its just me and u and maybe 2 other people. Also it seams that if you dont have fast pass on file front the speed is capped around 20kb/s, or atleast thats all my friend was getting so im sending it to him right now through xfire. So if we get anymore testers they may need a bit more time to download. LOL it's better to have a pocket pack addiction then a smoking addiction, because most other micros have match packs everywhere. I thought filefront was capped at 50k but I guess I am wrong, unless they lowered it. But their membership is only $10.95 a year(?), I said why not pay them.
