I think we should focus on getting the maps out in their original format first. Then, once we have a good roster of maps maybe convert some to ONS so there are two versions, the original format (DM/CTF) and ONS/AS/BR/DOM versions.

Maybe add 2/4 scorpians for each team on Blasted Canyons and/or WarLords... And probably Art of War.

But really, if we are redoing this to be like RF, we shouldn' add any vehicles <_<

thats one of the things that i want this for... vehicles in multi. RED-FROG is working on The Art Of War, he is putting raptors.. ect in it

I agree, most would lose their sense of... umm.. Red Factionism? A couple levels might improve with vehicles, but it would be nice to include them without vehicles also.

I would especially feel weird playing a small map such as Coffee Break with vehicles <_<

Also, the only maps I really feel that would be good with vehicles, would be really large maps, such as Blasted Canyons and Art of War...

Warlords would be good with say a few scorpions, or mantas, and say one raptor on the bridge or a redeemer

And that is what I mean You are thinking too much of UT2k4, rather than having RF in your mind.... I think default maps should stay exactly as they are in RF, and custom maps can have vehicles... Warlords I would think would be a bit small for vehicles, and only add on to the lag.

Latly youve been sounding alot like sypher... just posting for no reason, not relivent to anything, just a "LOL yea" or a "Ya" here and there... and this time you post something that you can very well see weve talked about already... just a hint, that kind of stuff isnt what we look for in staff members.

how about 2 versions of MOST defaults, the one with a edited gametype (ONS, VCTF, AS, ect...) and the original (DM or CTF) that would be ok?
