Ok ok, i understand, i build it myself!!!!

But do you know where i can find a Conspiracy Blue Case, like Alienware one

There are soooo many other cases that are better than alienware cases bud! Just go online and check around everywhere.. or go to a PC store or something... they all have tight CENSORED cases that are usually no more than $100 ... and thats up there in price.

"you can buy a cool case DIRT CHEAP .. ok about 50 bucks ..."

So very true! I'm using a Diablotek case that I bought from tigerdirect.com WOOT

I've already added 2 120mm case fans to the thing (blowhole on top, and by vid card). Why I did it: needed the air flow, it was a cheap enough case to tinker with, and if i screwed up, I wouldn't feel as bad about screweing up a more expensive case.

Thank you all for your help with benchmarking programs! I've already figured out how to use the UT2k4 benchmark program on my existing compy. (my average with the AthlonXP 2500+ and Radeon 9600xt set up was 35fps on ons_dria_demo with 1024x786 and highest possable settings).

And as soon as newegg ships out my mobo, I can tell you guys what my new scores will be with the other programs

"... to have a PC up and running well it will take about 2 days but then YOU know what is happening..."

My record was 2 and 1 half hour ,roughly, from boxes to running Windows XP os with correct drivers (thats the hard part, lol)

And heres a bit for Tagmaster:

An entire page on my favorite moding site, xoxide.com : I bet blue is your favorite color
*I recomend the Steel Chieftec Dragon Case*
If you want a case that comes with a water cooling kit/system: they may not be blue, but you can always add lights and stuff to them!

ALRIGHT ... tally a thank you for assaultman!

OH Schuy01 ... i soo sorry i forgot to tell you ... agp slot on most AMD 64 Motherboard are pretty major bottlenecks ... i guess you probably ordered it before you asked though so ... meh, i guess its not my fault.

the biggest reget for my computer was going with a agp slot instead of a PCI express ... i tried two different video cards (one better and one crummier) and they both performed pretty much the same ... i think its cause of my agp is restricting potential data.

I've been reading plenty of reviews with the x850xt agp, and pci-e cards. And benchmark results show that there have been little differance in performance between the two. There shouldn't be too much of a problem with data bus width on either slots. The only true advantages I can see between these slot types though, is the fact that you can use dual video cards and have SLI modes only on the PCI express slots. Other than that, agp will suit me fine for a long time.

One last question: Does the AMD64 cpu run better on the WinXP 64bit system over the 32bit OS? And if so, is it a noticable differance?

And when i said 2 days i meant not just set up but also all configurations done, programs + games installed, Networking set up (ie internet or LAN or both), set up all internet options, putting all backups back on, all tweaks to the OS etc. there is a lot more than just installing the OS but dont get me wrong it is in no means difficult to do ... it just takes a little longer is all.

and Schuy from what i understand there is a noticable difference but there is a lack of 64bit programs out there to take full advantage of this.

And Exo i think i win the crappiest comp award

Well Schuy01, the 64-bit version ... AMD released their chip before Intel so Microsoft wrote Windows XP 64 for the AMD 64-bit chip, so the AMD Athlon 64 probaly runs a little faster/efficient than regular Win XP, which was based off of an 32-bit intel chip. Still, the 32-bit programs probably don't make much of a noticable difference , but the 64-bit programs would run faster than if they were 32-bit (duh, probably knew that).

Farcry has a 64-bit patch that makes it run on 64 bit, i belive
there's games being realeased i think already that have 64 bit capabilities.

Im running Win XP 64 on mine right now.

arrgh ... too many numbers.
