The IRA did alot worse to London in the past and the people never changed their way of life. I hopes it's the same this time, just keeping on going ignoring them is surprisingly effective, I was dissapoint how much coverage this got from the media, that's exactly what the terrorists want.

You are still statistically more likely to get knocked down and that dosn't stop you crossing the road.

Hope you get word soon skip.

The IRA did worse over its entire campaign sure... this however is the UK's worst loss of life from a single terrorist incident.

Condolences from the States to all the families and friends of
my L4Y brothers in the UK. After 9/11, you comforted us over here,
and after this mindless attack, our hearts go out to your loved ones affected, and to all others involved.

Scotland Yard will bring these cowards to justice.

The multitude of separate attacks never changed their way of life is the point i'm trying to make. I was dissapointed with Tony Blair's US style reactionary reaction.

They won't be brought to justice either. Damn religious fundies!

The IRA informed the Police of the planned bombings before hand, and they had a real reason to want to get back at the UK.

This was just unprovoked, and during rush hour. Sick.

They didn't always warn. It would depend on which section of the IRA was doing it. I wouldn't call it unprovoked, the "Terrorists" are at war with the west. It's the attacking of civilians that makes it so disgusting. "The war on terror" Which will be just as successful as "The war on drugs".

No offence but spain and the UK are countries that attacked Iraq. There seems to be some kind of sensible coherence, of logic therefore. Maybe it's going to change thou.

It's funny how you can use the word "sensible" in that statement. What is so "sensible" about killing innocent people?

Seems to be the principle of war, isn't it.

Nothing about it is sensible.

This whole thing centers around the tecnologically advanced countries.

When we talk about Africa, The Middle East and South East Asia we talk about some of the oldest civilisations in the world. They have found primitive batteries that date back thousands of years in Iraq, they were used in Egypt too for gold plating. What happend? Today they are still piddleing and crapping in the same rivers that they are drinking out of. The native South Africans were fighting their Dutch rulers and aparthied for hundreds of years. When that was abolished they started fighting amongst themselves in tribal warfare, now they`ve got 4 & 5 year olds walking the streets with AK`s over their shoulders. If the truth is known those bombs were made using the cash we (the kind hearted, gullible western world) donated in the last Live Aid drive.

2 words: Religion, Corruption.

you might be right about that. I have read a few articles where people from those country that we are trying to help say that the money that we send them goes to their corrupt government, which doesn't do any good. If you want to donate money, donate it to some organizations that works by itself and not with the help of government officials.
