I didn't try to achieve anything ,all U ppl blew this whole thing up into a HUGE Scene. No wonder poor goober got so upset , U lot kindled the spark I threw into the fire place. |

I can't post a direct link to the thread because I can't find it, but there was some chatter on here about how the father of the boy in the video, got in some SERIOUS trouble for child abuse. |

how is it child abuse, he didnt say a word to make the child feel bad, and he didnt touch the kid.. it was the kids choice to get ona nd do the maze, there might have beems oe goading by the father but it was still the childs choice...
only in america could such a harmless thing be turned into something bigger |

Yeah, I probably should have bookmarked it when I found it.....I'm an idiot. 
Anyway, they said it was emotional/psychological abuse because the father knew what was going to happen and instead of warning his son, he videotaped his son's distress, obviously for entertainment purposes. Just because he didn't say anything or do anything to the child doesn't mean it wasn't abuse. He didn't INTERVENE, when he had prior and full knowledge of the traumatic event that was about to occur.
The child does have the full capabilities of choice, but he doesn't know he does. At his age all he knows is that his father makes the choices and that he needs to listen to him. |
