As you may or may not noticed. You added a lot of weapons but no ammo, why is that? Maybe you don't know what ammo goes with the weapon? I know it's your first map but I think you still have a way to go.
In case you want to know what weapon goes with what ammo here is the list:
I have been there befor I got some tutorials from red technologies.

It's bright. Try going through the standard lighting procedure (press "l" then press "shift+l". This will calculate the lighting for the level so it will match what lights you put in).
Also, could you try the "apply map" button when you place textures? They were a little off. Also, it was a bit small for a DM, and I couldn't see the walls (is the glass supposed to be that clear?). Also, the textures were a bit over-redundant, I found myself a little lost for a second there.
Other than that, a very good map for DM, and possibly even for CTF (if a good bit bigger). Very good map for your first one.

Actually you can, I can delete it from the site if you want to make some improvements.
I have made the changes but when I try to upload it in ftp voyager it is already there so I cant upload it why is that.

If i were you would work on texture next ... if you go to the texture mode UV unwrap you can size the texture to a good size. takes practice though ... seemed so hard when i started it
I don't have any files publshed though so youre a step ahead of me .... the maps i do make are just for me like my own citys and stuff like that. They are too big and complex for multiplayer .

All you have to do to become a good mapper is follow more tutorials, listen to people's advice, and practice alot because practice makes perfect
