As a response to jakksmakks question if he is still around here, most of LS are fun people to play with. On the other hand there are maybe 10 individuals in LS that abuse the rcon power. When those people have it they think they are god. I have been banned from their servers so many times I have lost count. Many of them were meaningless like when I said "John Denver is/was CENSORED " I got banned for this. Those people that abuse rcon should not have it and thus the common problem of who to give rcon too. It is only this few people that give LS a very very bad image. Also the rules change depending on who is in the room at the time. I once seen an LS member ban another LS member b/c the guy agreed with me that crap wasn't a "swear" word. A bit overboard they go sometimes.
Frank I wouldn't close this topic although an old topic those LS members still do it and people need to hear about it.  Constructive critizism if they never hear it they will never do anything about it. |

We get it everyday, sometimes its just flames disguised as critizism, but a lot of the time it's legit. Just want you to remember though, L-S may have many rcon holders in those two servers but we are far from the owners of said servers.
We rcons are more of the law-keepers, not the law-makers. Therefore if an rcon decides to run the server one way and another rcon runs it differently (by the same general rules set up by the server owner of course) then that is the way it is.
L-S cannot be held responsible for the actions of a single (or multiple) rcon(s), even if they are in our clan, for 2 simple reasons:
1. we are not the owners of these servers
2. rcon of Viper 3 and Have Fun are treated as a completely different element from our respective clans. On the rcon forum we have removed clan tags from every rcon holder who is in a clan so rcon issues are treated as just that: rcon issues. Not the the issues of an individual clan.
If an rcon holder is found to have been abusing rcon, then there will be a series of suspensions until rcon is removed, if needed. If said rcon is a clan member, then that clan is free to do whatever it wishes to this individual (punish them, suspend them, remove them, etc.) for their infringments of duty, however the Viper 3 and Have Fun rcons, admins, and owners hold no connection to anything that happens to that person, clan-wise.
Hope that clears something up and I hope we can just give it a rest. |

Still there is the fact that some LS people abuse rcon and nothing is done about it. Thats the bottom line. Those people shouldn't have it. |
