In that area, if you still have the sub, under the ice opening turn left and theres a crack or something in teh wall, shoot it with a couple torpedos and go through the tunnel, then if youve got some rockets you can blast through the walls to get into the area near the elevator that dont work. finding the right spot to geomod is hard sometimes, so save before you do it and start shooting the walls until you see which way you can go. |

I haven´t played Red Faction for awhile now.
It gets boring when you run through it twice in a row.
When I feel like beating Masako, I´ll try climbing the ladders and get her on the upper floors.  |

Ive beat rf on hard mode without cheating, took me a while though. but if you play it on impossible its just impossible, or maybe thats why they call it impossible  |

My next run will be an Impossible attempt. I can beat Hard easily, the space station has to be the easiest place, but the underwater part of hunting Capek. That´s insanely hard. You have to have better aim than the computer´s X/Y/Z aiming. |

Underwater Capek part? The only part with water and Capek in them are when you're first exiting his med labs. However, there's nothing in that water but a fish or two. |

Don´t forget the two parts where you get the submarine and the big ice cave. 
I was lucky when I had 65 health when I got the sub, I´d be lucky to not die in the next part. I hate guards I can´t see.  |

Wear specs it will make you see better evevnthough you,ll look like a nerd or tweak the darkness of the game and make the game extremely bright not only will you see better RF will look like a cell shaded game. |

Actually, that´s not the problem, I can see the game very well.
But the problem is the FOV of my eyes, it degrades slowly due to a disease I have. If I don´t look directly at something, I can´t see it at all. |

Do you have open-angle glaucoma? That's about the only disease I can think of right now. My grandma thinks she has it (she's afraid to get her eyes checked out), so I know what you're talking about. I don't see how anyone could play games with that. At least you don't let your disease limit your life, thats far more than most people I know of. |

It´s actually something called Retinitis Pigmentosa, it´s not a disease, I just don´t know what to call it. (genical failure?)
I was born with it, it has many more degrations, I slowly get more nightblind, FOV degrades, I get more nearsighted.
I´ve gotten used to it right now, it degrades my vision very slowly tho, I might turn totally blind 60 - 80 years old. (but that´ll be not far from 2100, so who knows what medical science has come up with)
Now we´re getting a bit offtopic aren´t we? |

If you get blind then dont worry coz i saw Ripley,s Believe it or not and it showed a blind man that was blind coz acid spilt on his eyes and the doctors put somekind of artificial"eye" in both his eye sockets and he could see again but in black and white who no,s maybe in the future there maybe artificial "eyes" in coulur <-----(of topic) How much times have you completed RF ? |

Well, since what I have is a genical failure, replacing eyes won´t fix anything. 
Med science must find a way to remove or fix the bad genes that are killing my vision.
But I´m not sure how many times I´ve completed Red Faction, once on Easy, twice on Medium and once on Hard (almost) I think. |
