My other friend "Smitt" who plays WoW has told me I should get it, he said that it isnt too bad on 56k apart from in the 2 main Alliance Cities, he is on Broadband, but he has 2 56k friends. 
I don;t know what to do. he is starting on a new server coming up, he was about level 50 he said.  |

ask your friend if he has a free ten day pass to play it. Basically you borrow his discs, set up an account use the key code from the pass and play for 10 days free. Then if it likes and you like it go and buy it and change the key code on your account. Lowest I've seen it is £24.99.
Darragh was on but couldnt see you, tried to whipser you but it said " no player called Majjor is online", nevermind I'll keep trying to whisper/invite you  |

From the areas he's describing yes we are in the same Realm/server.
If your friend hasnt got it, PM me and you can have mine, then borrow your friends discs and off you go  |

yeah I would love to play, great connection - its my PC that slow *LOL* I have a university friend whose entire extended family plays, its how they stay connected though spread throughout the states.
Do they play in character (my first question) totally in character, they are a very theatrical family - Hams all! |

Heh, ya should both add "Beatonator", 2 reasons...
1.My War3 Username is Beatonator therefor you can see me when im playing War3 and vice-versa
2.When I borrow my mates disks, and have that free trial thingy ya can help me
Guys you do realise EVERY realm is the same world? its just that each one has different people in it. EG... Smitt is in realm B with 3 of his friends, Darragh is in Realm E, and Gandalf is in A, If I join I have to join the realm with the players I want to play with |

I never really got into WoW pretty much all of my friends played it but it never really interested me, but then I found Guild Wars. Guild Wars is seriously the best mmo I have ever played, plus as stated before there are no monthly payments. |

I've been disapointed by guildwar. It's supposed to be a massively multi-player online RPG.
Each time i play i have the feeling i play alone. Look at my quests recruit mercenaries and play alone.
It's also possible to wait ages asking people to come with you, gathering a team or trying to trade but it's damn boring. And the strange way you never meet anybody outside the towns: it just supresses all the fun. Follow a guy heading to the portal, get through the exit one sec later and no track of him anymore. 
That game is boring.  I shouldn't have paid for it. |

hmmm I could see Saikou when he was playing WoW. intriguing maybe they have cancelled the multi-game friend list. |

Nalsch and i play on Kil'Jaden server, both alliance, his name on there is paminan, and mine is jardy. if anyone plays on that server, add us as friends were in the guild "and his amazing friends"
by the way, i play on 28k and its totally fine. trust me, its fine, the Iron Forge (main city) gets a bit laggy but the only reason to go there is for the auction house, or to get stuff around the shops, so u dont really need to worry about that.
the game is VERY addicting |
