Here we are talking about Unrealistic games and CENSORED but if that would have to be realistic and stuff
9/10 "hero-like movies" wouldn't have a Happy-end
Neo was shot 5+ times at point blank range with an desert eagle and he was still able to make 2 more episodes of the matrix.
And the painkillers give an certain feel to the game evry game is not realistic.
If max payne would be realsitic you wouldn't even make the first lvl in one try.
So you'll always have something to complain about in either movies or games. |

There's a game like that. Called Busido Blade or something. You have to deliver a fatal blow to kill, not stop on their foot like Nightmare from SC 2. You can also remove limbs, etc. Pretty fun. |

What about adrenal;ine injections, large doses localy stop bleading, stick it in your heart for endurance, put a little in your ams to be stronger, you could put in your legs to run faster, but you have to use it carfuly becaus you can only use so much before you die! what a cool system that would be |

trouble is if the game were true to life you could be shot in the head and never be able to play again... whoever heard of a corpse getting up and respawning |

We all know max is 10 times more manly than snake. And he doesn't even need a mullet to prove it. Comon, the guy just LEAVES THE BULLET IN HIM, takes two of those painkillers, and kicks CENSORED in the morning. |

You eventually die of using medical tools but also get addicted to it
You can get addictions on anything alcohol,Medical Supplies ETC
And you have to select where you want the shot to be (legs,Arms,Head,Stomach) |

heya, max PAYNE so he uses PAYNEkillers, is killing Im self, dont you get it? and yes medkits is for CENSORED !

The painkillers are a "If sh*t happends" your supposed to avoid being shot as much as possible , okay getting shot in the head is a little unrealistic yes, but the point of the game is to shoot or be shot, not see how many bullets can hit your head before you run out of pills. this is a story of a tragic hero, who over many problems ultimatly, overcomes what he must to survive , if a wound to the head doesnt stop this guy. then this game is going have plenty of sequals. |
