I don't see a problem with that at all. I've always used KA weapons and it clearly doesn't make me better. It still zooms in when you're running around scoped, and I've run by plenty of people. I tend to not even use the scope any more unless I want to see through walls. Obviously there's an advantage to losing the border, but hey if you got a problem with it, go download a new HUD. |

Yeah and while you're at it, go download clickalot, double click... errr some macros to increasing your glitching capacity and yeah, myth or something. Another good idea would be to add a zoom to your SMG, and pistol, and umm removing the shaking from the AR gun. 
Think about what you just said man. I for one will not join the legion of cheaters just to even the playing field. I have fun with my legit, unmodified RF, and I would not have fun thinking that it is something other than skill which is winning the games. 
You know, I used to play other games and when people heard that I came originally from red faction, they always slated it as a game full of cheaters. I used to defend it's reputation fiercely, now I'm beginging to think they were right. |

That's true that RF is one of those rare games where it's possible to change the gameplay on player side only.
With UT2004 for instance, the only things you can change on player side only are skins and voices.
Changing the reticle, even thou it doesn't seems to give a big advantage at first sight, is some kind of cheat. However, it's probably not as decisive an avantage as getting a 30 ms shorter ping than your opponents.

I was playing a game of RF with a friend of me. And I was totaly busting his @ss. Seeying there was no point in trying anymore, he spread his arms and took off.
