I'm pretty sure that when you install the game Red Faction you have to click an agreement saying something along the lines of

Funny Rol_K was one of the few ppl to come to my defence when I was accused of this.
Some of y'all might remember Rol_K beter as Gamer on Linux the same guy credited with taking down the master server 3 years ago.

Yeah... I knew it wasnt you, Your a good person. And I really dislike people being blamed and scarred for something they didnt do.
My attack of RF was accually to put a punk named Colton in his place. (Some people insist on needlessly running their mouths. He is the reason I no longer actively play RF.) It only lasted for 4 hours one saturday night (a bad choice of night's, I guess, now looking back... busiest night in RF.....).

and it will haunt me till RF dies. I try to stay behind the scenes and stay out of the drama now. Its alot safer and more pleasant. |

Why do you insist on using the  in every post? 
Is it
A ) supposed to mask your inadequacies of making a decent rebuttal?
B ) meant to demean everyone you respond to?
Or
C ) just meant to irritate people with repetitiveness without expending much effort on your part?

There is no need to come off hostile to anyone ... you yourself say you barely play this game and there is no evidence that i know of saying you had anything to do with this. So why are you even here responding to people?  Wouldn't it be better to just ignore it?
To be honest, I'd say a lot of people point their fingers at you just because you come off extremely pretentious and downright arrogant to everyone else no matter what the topic is that they are discussing ... its no wonder why people haven't forgot what you done and continue to blame you for new things.
As for everyone attacking sweeper ... i wanna see some proof backing these arguments ... otherwise its a useless post.
Things like "He's done it before" isn't really proof, its just a statistical amplifier  ... |

Not that it's needed but I checked the IP's out too and indeed that screenshot was legit.
At the same time the guy might of said it was him, that doesn't mean it was him... I mean loads of people have apparently owned up to the "attacks".. |

Ok ok, I will fess up. I was part of the conspiracy. Mainly because the RF community is only united through PROBLEMS in RF. Therefore, I believe I succeeded. Hopefully you guys don't feel I wasted your time.

Its very clear Guitar or whatever he calls himself is the one.
He claims it all happend by accident, but admitted the packages that flooded the server came from his computer.
However how can he explain the fact that when we put up the passwords in the title of our servers, they were spammed too ???
Did he give in the new passes too "accidently" ???
As to the posts in this forum .... Its so damn easy to post here with a dummy login, use an ip-changer to hide, change, or even use an ip of an existing member of this forum.
So I seriously doubt if all posts here are made by the names attached to it. |
