Will you still edit RF when RF:G comes out?
This assumes RF:G will be as "editable", if not moreso, as RF.
If you chooose option 3, you really need to stay in more. Option 4 can be found anywhere on SourceForge, provided you're willing to edit the engines you'll find there to create a pseudo-GeoMod and add content. EDIT: Or you could check out this.
Option 5 is the one I really hope comes to fruition. One last patch (that hopefully won't break PF, RF1.3, Lazyban, ISM, etc) is what we need (hopefully this patch will fix some inconsistancies in RED, among other things). |

I reckon red-faction would be dead not before long, maybe a few people still playing due to the fact the source MAY have came out in there near future.
though I have a feeling that Volition may take the tracker down to use for rfg.
Hence: To Speed up the connection a bit |

I'm going to be straightforward and state what is on my mind in a numerical fashion while I reflect on this topic while I post it.
1. God, this topic is worthless. lol
2. Where is the "This topic is stupid and worthless" button?
3. Why am I wasting time here telling you this.
4. Oh yeah, I was thinking, no matter how many people that vote, the results are still useless beyond personal inquiry.
5. *personal thought* It's 3:30 in the morning and I can't sleep. So, here I am with insomnia and the first piece of garbage I stumble across is this topic... Great, I cant wait to see the other topics...

100 yr old video link thread... Mabye
popular files... Blah, nothing but old files.

Actually, you say that while you are not supporting Red Faction at the moment anyway. So what's the matter? 
RF:G doesn't change anything. It will most likely have no mod support, so it makes no sense to stop creating custom content for RF, both games are completely different
