Hello peeps,
Some of you might already know about this program or app, so please don't b!tch about that you already know, or I will beat you with a corn field.
Anyways, I did some search on the internet the other night, until I stumbled upon this little app that allows you to have 6 desktops on 1 screen, simply by changing to them with a 3D cube when multiple buttons on the keyboard have been pressed to activate it.
Its very fun and great to use if you are a multiple user of programs and applications.
What is even more interesting is, this program doesn't seem to lag my computer at all, even though, im running a vLited version of Windows Vista with all the crap taken out of it.
I would however, recommend trying this program out on a high spec computer, just incase it does lag those with older hardware.
Anyone who is interested, visit this website http://www.otakusoftware.com/deskspace/index.html
Here is an image of my 3D desktops

You can use either the mouse or arrow keys to change to different desktops. once uve selected ur desktop, the box will move that desktop to ur full screen size. |

Uses way too many resources for me to even think about using it... and I'd rather just have a bunch of monitors since I find that easier. |

I never found any use in multiple desktops. You easily forget about them, and there is simply absolutely no need for them.
30 items in the taskbar or just 3... I don't care, it's all about tabswitching.
It's a resource eater, not only stores multiple desktops in the RAM, but also requires 3D acceleration and thus causes lots of CPU and GPU load.
It may be all fancy for you now. Let's talk in a week again |

i hate like 30 items in taskbar.
i only want like three.
so it is handy.
because i have:
msn
msn conversations
itunes
Firefox
I dont like using tabs, so i open a different windows for every website.
and then i use other apps like RED. then i have dxwnd open to test. also PF launcher.
Its handy that i can have different desktops then. |

I doubt it would work nicely with dual monitor configurations. |

Does this work like winrar, just have to click "I will buy this stoopid thing later" ? Or does it really expire in 14 days? |

WinRAR will not expire to my knowledge. It will just constantly remind you that it will. |

Reread what I said. Does this program work like winrar, saying to register constantly? Or does it shut off in 14 days? |

I do not know. I just downloaded a cracked version of it but its not the latest version. this version only has 4 desktops and is registered as full version. Will not give any links out to download the program because of different laws in your country. |
