Is the one for Xbox 1 any good? My friend bought it a while ago and he played for like 5 minutes and stopped. |

Morrowind? Hell yeah it's great! I think many people were immediatelly turned off by the character creation, which is having to choose how your going to live without any idea of how anything works. I played the game a few times (not through the main storyline), with the game's pre-generated classes, so I could get a feel for which skills are the most useful. THEN I created a custom class and I'm still using my custom character to play the game. It's been years, and I'm still not done with EVERY task available, and I've been using my first custom class character.
Perhaps, your friend was expecting some D&D ripoff.

Yeah maxpayne4663 morrowind is really cool, but its a well old game now, when you get a 360 if you like really deep RPGs then its well worth a try! |

The game seems unfinished and completely deviod of any direction or purpose. |

I think thats y my friend hated it.
He looked at the back cover of it and it looked like it was going to be a third person RPG, just like Fable, which he enjoyed. Once he popped in the cd, he said the graphics look horrible and he didnt like the first person cam. Of course he only played for 5 minutes lol
Me? I never played it so I dont know wat to expect. I hope the spam thread doesnt turn into a Morrowind Thread |

yes the gfx are terrible, but that doesnt make me hate a game.
When animations, character models, environments are also terrible i begin to hate it. |

Well, then again maybe some people shouldn't sniff glue while playing games. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR VIEW BETWEEN 1ST and 3RD PERSON!!! It's literally, as easy as pushing a button. LordSeafood, how long did YOU play the game for? |

I played it for about 30 min.
The first person is laughable, you immediatly turn into a cardboard character, well thats what the animations tell me.
I would have played it longer, except i couldnt resist the urge to turn it off. |

Morrowind came with the video card in my old computer when we upgraded it to a super amazing, super fast, super powerful... 64Mb GeForce MX 440 . I played that game for like 15-30 min then i stole something and like 4 people came after me and beat me down and I died so I exited it and I didn't bother re trying the game. |
