If you're good enough, You should be able to use push regions to do just about anything.
I've managed plenty of different effects such as slow motion falling, multiple gravity areas, player doing loop the loop .. I don't see how sticking to a sphere brush would be any more difficult.

I quess that this is what we are after, to create gravity effect that you are on surface of sphere and your legs point toward center of sphere...
However I just don't think that its possible, or reasonable to do.
If your trying to get the idea of sticking to a planet and walking around it.
You could try the folowing...
1. Make the skybox rotate...
2. Make the ball rotate slowly as you walk forward (achieve it somehow with various triggers???)
3. Limit the space the player can walk with small invisible brushes that allow a player to jump "off" the planet, but still keep them stuck on the world if they try to walk off it.
Trying to find old players. Anyone about? Drop me a PM or reply to this thread: >Link< (or head over to RFrun.net's comment section!)

Is it possible to rotate the skybox?
If I make it a mover it becomes solid and the roomFX is outside the level then, isn´t it? Help me if I am wrong
There is a way to rotate the skybox, it takes some effort and can be somewhat confusing at first, though. I've seen it done but have never actually attempted it myself.
This reminds me of when I tried to remake the old spectrum classic 3d death chase using red. Basically I had a revolving cylinder on which you walked that was covered in trees with a push region behind you that kept you moving forwards at the same speed you were being moved back by the cylinder. so basically if a tree hit ya you died. it was gonna be a DM map basically 1 on 1 where you shot at each other with pistols and dodged the trees..................but my mapping skills back in 2002 were not as good as they are now and I did not know how to make a moving sky box so it looked >carp<
