7755 is the default server/client port. If you want to play on your own server you'd need to set a different port for your client by running the RF Launcher, then going into setup.
The necessary port is open for my computer, but it still cant connect to the master server . Maybe it's because of a bad network support in Wine.
The master server is "rf.thqmultiplay.net" right?

Yes that is correct. Maybe you have a firewall blocking it from accessing it?
Also like stated above by Assman15, you need to forward port number 7755, which is the default port for Red Faction unless you changed it. I don't know what port the stand alone server program from this site runs on. You might want to make sure it is 7755.

Server tracker IP. Maybe try that?!

My guess is the master server has the default ping blocked by a firewall or something of the sort, seeing as I can't ping it either.
I tryed changing the master server's IP and it didnt work - it was always replacing it to the original (must be a Wine bug or something). Anyway, the server is up and running. I don't know if it can be seen by the tracker (activated the override). Check for the "Dragon Lounge" and post back to see if it visible plz!

pyromx if you want to be able to see if anybody else can see the server, short of firing up Red Faction on another computer have you tried this program:
1. Extract the file to your desktop.
2. Double click it.
3. Click the double refresh green arrows on the top left side.
4. Wait for it to finish downloading all the servers.
5. Find the server version that you want and expand menu the tree.
6. Double click the type of server you want to look for:
DM = DeathMatch
TDM = TeamDeathMatch
VLD = Capture The Flag
Now you can see if your favorite server has people playing in it or use it to check to see if your own dedicated server is visible to other players.
