My dad is paying $35 a month for it. Although, dial up is the only thing we have out where I live, no surprise Frontier is running it like a Monopoly. I still get it free. It's a local call from where I live. The University I work at gives it out to staff and students, but you have to leave near for it to be free. If not then you will be paying long distance charges. I use to use NetZero as well, but the service was worst.
