Don't panic.

Is your server aimed at,

thqmultiplay.net

Have you accessed your router and port forwarded to the local ip of your server?

UDP 7755 is the default port number
I have suffered in real life for the past couple years, now its your turn!

You need to log on to your router, and forward the 7755 port...

1. Find out what name brand router you have.
2. Go to [urlhttp://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm]portforward.com[/url] and click on the server you have.
3. Follow the instruction for forwarding a port. The default port for Red Faction is 7755 UDP like mentioned above.
4. Fire up your server.
5. If it's a dedicated server then I suggest you download this program:
RF Server Browser 2
6. Run the program. You should be able to see your server there, if you don't then you still haven't forward your ports correctly.
7. Good luck.

Not true, I have never been able to see my own server

And back when we had the old site layout, and Frank was being kicked off RF staff and placed back on RF staff again and again, the almighty Frank told me I wouldn't be able to see my own server on the Server Browser!

Was that just another lie! lol

I always run my dedicated on 7755 and my RedFaction on 1657 or something like that...

you could try running RF on port 21, and dedicated on port 81 (or 82, i cant remember HTTP ) Correct me if im wrong, but most routers have the FTP port (21) and the http port forwarded

If it's not showing up on the "server Browser" then you might have not forward the port on the correct PC(server).
You need to find out what number it is:

Do this:
1. Click the "Start" button
2. Click on "Run"
3. Type in this:
On windows 9X: winipcfg
On Windows XP: cmd /k ipconfig
4. You should get a black DOS window.
If you have XP it will look like this without the green stuff :

5. See where it says your computers IP. That is where your computer's LAN IP address is.
6. Go back to your router page and add the port that needs to be forward.. The default port for Red Faction is 7755, if you didn't force another one. Click enable and add the last three numbers "your" computer's IP address. Save changes.

7. Your server should show up now, if it doesn't then you might have a software firewall that is not letting it show up. Try turning them off if you have any installed and check again to see if you see your server.
8. Good Luck!
