Maybe I am slow to realize, but it seems that the zombie is starting to make a comeback in popular culture, especially the movies. Now honestly, out of the recent 'big' zombie movies, only two have stuck out as really good (Shaun of the Dead and Land of the Dead). But the rest, especially the Resident Evil films (Apocalypse more specifically), have been rather awful. There has been a handful of low budget zombie flicks to come out that have been entertaining, but I still wonder:
Are any of these films going to become as classic/iconic as the curent main-stays (Zombi 2, the original Dawn of The Dead, Return of the Living Dead, etc)?
Also, in the remake of Dawn of the Dead, who thought it was a good idea for the zombies to run faster than Jesse Owens? |

I own Shaun of the Dead and to me, it isnt really making fun of DotD...or is it? Well anyways, it's a good zombie flick 
I also heard that theyre going to remake Day of the Dead but that's just a rumor....why should they remake it? Day of the Dead was horrible.  |

Shaun of the Dead is brilliant, the humour is genius,
I love how we brits can make use of the living dead by using them in the service industry... and making fun TV shows too
28 Days Later is probably one of the coolest zombie films Ive seen in years.
To be honest I love most zombie films, I even enjoyed Resident Evil, RE; Apocalypse was a bit crap, but still watchable. |

28 days later would have to be the best "Living Dead" movie ive seen in a while... i dont go for resident evil or stuff like that... although, the 6th sense i really liked. |

My favorite zombie movies would include:
Night of The Living Dead (obviously)
Zombi (European re-cut of the original Dawn of the Dead)
Zombi 2 (Zombie in the US)
Shaun of the Dead
28 Days Later
The Dead Next Door (awful acting, tons of novelty value)
Return of the Living Dead (the first one only)
Hide and Creep (same as The Dead Next Door)
Day of The Dead (I liked it  )
There are some other obscure titles I can't think of the names of, but i prefer the lower-budget splatter-fests type of zombie movies. Although Land of the Dead was a high-budget splatter-fest and was good. |

I love Zombie movies, Shaun Of The Dead being my favourite.
Zombie Horde on CS:S is a great zombie game, quite annoying that the Zombies have 500 health  |

Shawn of the dead was good, RE:Apolacypse was really stupid, only one good part. At the very end when the Umbrella corp guy is stranded there, shooting at zombies with his pistol. Gives up and goes to give himself a quick death via bullet to the head...crap, he is outta ammo. Ah well time for a very painful and messy death? |

I have seen a Great Horror zombie movie, like a year or two ago.
To bad is only i don't remember the name of the movie anymore.
It was horror, but also pretty fun 
some people get injected with somesort of stuff and get back to life again, but the part that makes the movie most memorable, is the end.
The movie ends with a chopped of d1ck and a rat fighting each other.
very hilarious got to see movie.
