I installed RF on my other computer wich is wayyyyyyyyyyyy more faster than this one but has no internet connection.I was thinking of can i make maps in the 1.0 version of RED and then put those maps on a cd and upload them to here?And can i put all the mods and maps that i have on a cd and put them on another computer? |

I dont see why not unless the mod needs to be installed rather than copied into your RF directory. |

hmm I would say you would need to make them in 1.2 if you want to use them in your 1.2 server( perhaps some one can confirm this ?), just patch your "non internet" verion to 1.2 and your good to go. |

im thinking that you would need to open the file in RED1.2 and then save, create level packfile before u can play on 1.2... |

Yes, i think thats it.
If i remember correctly RED v 1.0 has so many bugs in it so try resaveing it in a newer version. |

Yes, i think thats it.
If i remember correctly RED v 1.0 has so many bugs in it so try resaveing it in a newer version. |
But it has a nice lighting feuture that RED 1.2 doesnt have  |

Wouldn't that be the option in the light properties that says show shadows?
I'm not sure what the box is really called, since I haven't looked lately.  |

Nope.Uninstall RF then install it.Then open RED and go to object mode and then press the properties for the level.There will be the light colour and beside it is a small box that says Directional Lighting. |

I think that it was changed from Directional to Ambient then.... In which case, it would be the same thing <_< |
