Happy Birthday Calibur. Stay 17 as long as you possibly can.

I know that the things I stated about my bands was kind of irrelevant, but hey, what can I say. I'm passionate about them and everybody should know more about them. And I agree that slower music can work with action scenes. Don't get me wrong, I love that stuff too, but only in movies. All of the examples you gave had to do with movies. Not games. In games the music must be moving quickly if the action is moving quickly. It's not like watching a movie. The idea is to get the player into the game as much as possible. And you don't do that by giving them music that doesn't fit the scene. It may work in movies, because it adds a lot of drama to the scene, but not in videogames. It adds boredom and nobody wants to get all dramatic during a game. Seriously, what game have you played that had nonstop action with classical or some kind of slower dramatic music playing in the background, because I can't think of any. Games work differently then movies. Hardcore music is needed for hardcore action in videogames, not movies.

And for the love of Satan, Powerman 5000 sucks. I know that's comepletely irrelevant at the time, but I just had to say it. I hope they all die horrible deaths alongside each other. That way they can see it happening.
