Woa ... I was working on a RF BackUp Tracker a while ago but couldn't finish because I missed some bytes which I couldn't decode without the GameTracker online.
The past few days I got back to this project because the gametracker was back online again. Within 3 day's I decoded the last few bytes and made a fully functional back-up tracker that acts the same as the THQ MasterTracker would do.
The application is currently in beta status, but already working. You can check it out by replacing 'rf.thqmultiplay.net' in your RF Setup (The network Tab) with 'SnipedDragon.ath.cx'.
The server is not online 24/7 .... to see if it's online you can simply ping 'SnipedDragon.ath.cx'. When it responds to a ping it should be up and working 
In a few day's I'll release a Beta of the application that puts home users to the ability to create their own mastertracker. In the meanwhile you can experiment with SnipedDragon.ath.cx while it's up.
Now we don't have to worry about the THQ server going down again  |

exactly wich is why we should dtop bringing atention to this thread.
correct me if i'm wrong but didn't other perple try to make a back up in the past. i beleave they eathere failed or gave up. eather way, you are the first one to successfully make one. good work. |

It was and I have a copy of it but I just can't seem to get it to work. I know it worked before. I just hope they didn't send me the wrong copy. I have a feeling the program can only be run from a web server and not a home PC. 
I sent it to Stu_Pidaso but I never got a reply to see if he got it to work.  |

Hmm, try to get an FTP site working? then you can host a free website from that to host the tracker on? |

Note that the link is not always up ...
For those who want a beta of the mastertracker server, also called RFMT, can contact me on MSN. (it's watered down to handle only 10 servers, this will be changed in the final version to unlimited).

I still haven't been able to do much testing ... I fixed quite some bugs already, but I seem to get stuck at a weird heartbeat timeout bug. It isn't potentially doing anything to the end user accessing the tracker, it just say's 'Server Timed Out: xx.xx.xx.xx' in the log every once in a while and then it receives a new heartbeat within a second that say's it's back online. It doesn't happen much though (thank god). |

When I tested it it pulled up 84 servers that were up... I think it's working good! |
