a 28 yr old S Korean died from playing starcraft solidly for 50 hrs at an internet cafe, admittedly a 50hr stint without food is quite extreme, most gamers I know get the munchies after about 5 minutes... How on earth he managed to suppress the urge to reach for the Monster Munch and Coke is beyond me  !
I could expect him to end up in hospital, but he had a heart attack and died right there :S not good, espcially in public. Though he sounds like he was a little to highly addicted : "he had recently been fired from his job because he kept missing work to play computer games".. If only I could do that, but then I would be skint and wouldnt be able to afford to spend 50hrs playing games in internet cafe's.
Some doc advised anyone worried about gaming addictions should contact their local GP, though I personally think the old annoying dude with the wooden staff just south of your stash in Tristram might be able to help more, but you'll have to defeat Blood Raven first to free the spirits of the old gals in the monestary so you can get the horadric mallet so go whack some nut round the head so you can steal his wooden leg so you can open a portal to the level with the cow so you can....

unless of course it is much cheaper over there as internet cafes here are quite expensive.
