If it works like Bryce, do this:
1. Place the camera in the middle, and take one screenshot
2. Turn the camera 90 degrees, and take the next
3. Repeat till you have all 4 sides
4. Turn the camera 90 degrees up, and take screenshot of the top
5. Turn the camera facing down, and take screenshot of the bottom
All done
A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

First, go to your Rendering Control. Now click Camera Settings. Change the Zoom to 1.00 (default is 1.414 if I remember right). Hit Close. Now adjust your heading every 90 degrees on a 512x512 render. You will probably want to use highest quality renders, of course. Once you've done the 4 sides, put your heading back to 0. Now put your pitch as 90. This will do the sky. Now put it as -90. This will do the ground. Vwalla! All 6 textures you need.
(Make sure you set the Zoom to 1.00 otherwise it won't seam correctly).
