Cleaning final geometry...
Building rooms...
Fixing up texture uvs for ps2...
Had to add 0 faces to fix ps2 tiling.
Fixing any t-joints...
Fixed 325 t-joints.
Checking for holes...
Found 0 holes
Brushes: 361
Portals: 0
Rooms: 3
Faces: 6019/10500
Face Vertices: 28734/50400
Vertices: 8284/13650
Rays recast: 46/16535

I dont know what could be wrong. My last map I went over double of red's limits. This one seems I like I cant do anything in! Its a very detailed map with may vertexs and faces but Im no wheres near the limits. Heres is a pic just incase it will help understand my problem. Why am I crashing?

Perhaps try using Portals

Thats all the help i can give to you, without having the rfl in front of me..

I noticed that corridor looks like either seperate brushes or highly split, is there any particular reason for that?

Sometimes if a split or boundary interacts with another brush at a certain point you get odd things happening.

Well, I have no idea what a T-joint is or how to fix them. Im guess where a point meets the middle of a line? Yeah, The door frame is highly split, I think 8 splits. There are acutally 5 Sepreate brushes all with 8 hieght splits. The doors are highly split too. There are 2 seprate sides to the door as well. Here are a few pics to help understand. So either its my T joints, or these door ways w/doors? Tried a portal. Same thing.

Here you can see it in all its glory. (dont point out that its not perfet lol)
