Basicly, is there something I did wrong or was it an uploading error? Here is the problem. I made some custom textures and put them in my map "NanoTech Space Fecility". They look fine and perfect the way I UV wraped them on the file I uploaded. PPl that have downloaded are reporting that those textures are off center. Not the way I UV wrapped them. Here is what I did with my custom textures. Made them, made them .tga, put them in my textures folder. Thats it. Did I need to add them to the rfl file using VPP builder first then convert it to .vpp also?
Here is what the textures should look like. This picture is from the same .vpp file I uploaded.
I would download the map from here to see if its screwed for me too but I have 56k and it would take HOURS. Please, any help. This has ruined my map for any who downloads it.
Nope I don't see what they are talking about and YES I did download it from this site. Uploading it to the site wouldn't cause an error. If any thing, it would not work at all, if it happen during the uploading of a file. This is what I see.
Only thing I can say it must be their video card or their current video drivers.
Thank you very much NCF for the reply. Im over here freaking out over this. If it comes out fine for you, then it must come out fine for other also. Just wish I know about this before hand so I could put it in with the description. OH, and I would also like to thank you for fixing my spelling errors!

On what, the description? I use the Google tool bar and now it comes with a spell checker. I usually run it/use it when I post or are about to approve a map. It's pretty cool since it will check the spelling on anything that you type in on web pages.
New Google Toolbar features Spellcheck
Check your spelling whenever you type in web forms

i can tell you why some people are reporting reeors with yer textures.
the texture sizes arent equal. ie 64x64,128x64,128x128,256x256,128x256 and so on.
certain video cards(like mine.ATI) dont pick up these details. instead they render what you saw creating the map. other cards, will render the problem. it usually looks like the texture is shifted to one side or another, and is surrounded by a thick black border.
holler back if you find the problem to be from something else. tho i doubt it is.
