Whoa, just realized, What kind of "parental control" are we talking here? Is it some password protected thing? and if so, couldn't the smart ones get around that ?

nope.
Its like the parental thing you have on DVD players. someone will set a password on it (your parents) and games with 18 ratings or whatever will have to have the password to be played.
Good idea for people with younger children... but i cant see many parents doing it.... but like i said before, pretty good to have anyway.
On the xbox at the moment theres a parental controll too, you can disable users from downloading premium content and even disallow them from using the voice chat option.
