See title....
Useless way of listed links/subjects/forums.
Everything is a convoluted clickathon that really discourages the person logged on.
It takes forever to find anything needed.
So long folks,
good luck with your donations too.................

I disagree. I think new layout was planned and executed with great professionalism and style. My hats off to all those who designed, planned and run this great gaming site.

Thanks to all those who make it possible to have such a place to chat about our favorite games etc.

Best of luck!

I think the old site was much easier to navigate around. The new site is not bad though althought the fonts could be larger and the map pages could be easier to get to. Good points about the new site is less flashy pics for faster load times for those poor poeple on dial-up.

Just because it requires a few more clicks than you'd want, you give up on it? People seem to develop ADHD when they get on the internet. Have patience, and do the clickathon. You'll likely find what you need.

Edit: Boo to this section's member groups. Novice, Average, etc? Come on staff, get a little creative!

That's actually what a site is supposed to be: Handy.
The ammount of available information haven't increased since the old site but you need more clicks (i e more time) to reach a particular section (well at least for me , i'm endlessly clicking on the back button to come back to the main site and see the overall hot topics )

Just turn on 'global hot topics' in your account...

Old Site from www.levels4you.com to reach say any random file within the UT2004 area...

www ->ut2004 ->download category ->file

New Site

www ->ut2004 ->downloads ->download category ->file

Oh My God... my mouse will never take the extra one click...

I've been around for quite a few years now and I'm sorry but I find the new site a total PITA. For me, it's just not worth the time anymore As far as UT goes, there are some other sites, require the same number of clicks, but dl at 600K rather than 30K. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in and maybe explain why I haven't been around too much lately. Sorry

Donate money if you want more bandwidth. Garner is paying for this out of his pocket. I don't even think he's had enough donated in a year to cover the costs once.

Nitro, if you want more bandwidth you'll soon be able to get the Gold membership for 50$/year. If 70 people get that, the site is paid for. Plus, the site is ad-free, and you get all the tech in Planetary Conquest.

I honestly don't see the problem with the site's new format. One more click doesn't bother me at all.
