I've never really understood people that want to play UT2004 with a dial up. The ECE edition also includes alot of popular mods made for UT2004 such as Red Orchestra Frag.Ops Air Buccaneers Clone Bandits Alien Swarm Chaos UT2 Some of these mods are huge and it would take hours on a 56k connection. I just remembered that you get a $10 rebate when you send in your UT2003 manual! Of course that it's for people that have 56k or just to lazy to download the mods. But with a 56k, your not going anyway. It sucks so bad. Me and mad ferrit used to play ut04 online when he was on 56k and he says it wasnt bad at all. Even half life 2 DM he kicked my arse on 56k and im on adsl. Now his on adsl too i just pretend my pc is broken so i dont have to be devistated by him everynight haha. Theres quite a few english servers out that run pretty good on 56k.
