Go to account in the top toolbar, Then click on forum settings.Then you can upload a picture "Image Format : JPG, GIF or PNG. Image Size : 64*64. Maximum File Size : 20Kb" Those are the rules for the picture though, and you obviously cant have anything offensive. |

You have to make sure its the right size 64 pixles by 64.
UM your best of using a program like painshop or maybe even paint and getting the picture size set properly.
Or maybe its the filesize your getting a problem with.
If no one else offers ill find you one 2morro. As im english its night time for me and im tired  |

Nah its because its too much effort and their lazy
What kinda thing you want for your picture? I made mine ages ago using animation shop pro.
I can ask around the many arty people on my msn to see what i can do as long as you give me a basic theme idea.
You want it to say "who am i" that could be a cool one. with some confused looking humaniod  |

Right click,, and then "save picture as".. then name it...
then you follow skiprat's instructions in your settings! AND BAM!!!!! You're done! All my hard time and effort gone to waste... if you want... try this! LOL,, its what I used ....

yes... another way you can shrink pictures is you can open your picture with paint...
Then select "image" then "stretch/skew" and in the stretch part... you can make your horizontal and vertical percentages less than 100 percent!
Check your size by clicking on.. "image" then attributes...
Keep doing this untill you have reached 64by64 pixels! I will make another post with an example! |

Here's a picture opened with paint... attributes.. is showing you how many pixels the picture is... it is 250*300 pixels
Making it less than 100% with the Stretch and Skew option!
And finally... checking the image again to see how many pixels you have made it... 125*150....
Just keep repeating this process with any picture untill you have made it 64*64 pixels or less! You do not have to make your vertical stretch and horizontal stretch the same values when you change its size... example.. I did... 50% and 50%.... You can do 40% and 30% if you wanted! That part does not matter! Now... hopefully people will use this when they need to make icons for themselves instead of starting threads over and over and over and over and over and over again!
Edit: top picture is supposed to be showing Attributes.. you get the point though from the third picture!
