If you have your xp cd or whatever, your going to need to stick that in the drive... then follow the steps it tells you, and delete a partition. Your going to need all your drivers and stuff to hand too though remember. Whys it need formating? diddnt you have any kind of anti virus or spyware removal? Try doing a scan from this site http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ See if it finds anything.... Meh...
