I really have to dissagree with you CrazMonkey. Yes there are a many many crap things that are popular but it's not teenage girls that buy the majority of Coldplay records. It's the 18-30's. Also on this point I would like to say that the shows that you mentioned are not critically celebrated. It's not aload of idiots telling you Coldplay are great(Unless you are talking to straggling fans). I'm not stupid anyway, my favourite bands are The Flaming Lips, Radiohead and Pink Floyd and I hate more music than I like to be honest but Parachutes pushes all my buttons.

So anyway, you are right it is an unwinable situation. I wasn't trying to win. I was trying to have a discussion with you because I was interested to know why you dislike them is all.

swt Im not angry at all and the pic dont bother me at all.

I dont think they are untalented, just dont use it the right way for my taste. And I didnt mean to call anyone stupid either, its just to boring for me i guess
