i dont think tis possible to have a weapon that can shoot AND be a melee weapon. therefore, option 1 is the only choice
2. the option to use the stun feature. what i mean is the blue wave thing that they shot the princess with in EP 4

as of right now nothing is happening... i am weighting for someone to reskin (rerap) all the weapon and player skins and as sonn as that is done i will realease the Multi Player version of the mod....
P.S. i'm asking again if there is any one who know how to reskin (rerap) player or weapon skins then please eather send me an IMS OR e-mail me at

Well I Thought about a New attack/ action for this Star Wars TC. Force Push. basicly toy put out your hand and point it at someone and they go flying back.
to achieve this you would simply make a big box v3d and make the texture fully transparent when you fire it at someone you will not see it but it will send them flying.
As for new charactors.
Get Poser 4
and make you charactors
In poser4 export them into 3ds max 4
then open masako model and delete the masako mesh leaving only the bones. put you new charactor mesh in and attach the mesh parts to the bones and save it and export it.
if you do that the New player models will use the already existing 3ds person animations so you dont have to animate you new charactors.
You can have more than 16 weapons in RF.
You have to add it in pc_multi.tbl and in fpgun.tbl.
Also 3rd person animations are needed. Well they arent needed but the character will use the default animations instead if you dont add them (handgun - miner1)
Just add the name of the gun in "$Primary weapons" of "miner1"
Then add a "+weapon specific XXX" and copy n paste animations that fit to the weapon (an AK47 should use the animations of the Assault Rifle for example" - or make your own ones.
My mod is using 19 or 20 or even more weapons now, so theres no limit...perhaps there is.. (as in mostly every stupid table file)
Remember that you cannot pickup any additional weapons on default maps because thay weren't placed
To Slitz:
You've asked if its possible to make the flamthrower act like a machine gun with a grenade launcher.
I've been working on this, it isn't really possible but I found a good way..if you make the particles go really fast, and invisble you aint get bad results. But the damage is too weak, and the particles dont always collide with the player. Also you dont see any impacts. I've been playing with some different damage types for the particles but no luck. Another thing is that the characters get on fire when they die, ok you can remove that also, with some tricks..
It is really sad that RF has so many hardcoded features, they should have make them accesable through the "flags" in weapons.tbl.

nice to know but sadly thats a little behond my modding skills (TBL editing is all i know) how ever if you think you could make the Force push attack and a couple of new charactors. i would really appreciate it.

I don't think the force push will work..
Theres no weapon in RF, allowing you to push other people back, there are only death animations like that.
Well RF has that remote charge trick..place a c4 under some1s foot and let him fly
