You can try to rotate your brush or align it to grid. if you rotate it, manage that your cutting line should be aligned to grid if possible. it could resolve the problem. If a brush has alot of faces I've found that cutting can cause; holes, missing faces, brushes to disappear and also your t-joint/PS2 face count to go up. Also it wont work on detail brushes, but sometimes u can uncheck detail rebuild and then cut and it may work once more. MY RF MAPS
