Post 0 / 2 ok im talkin about halopc. i got the super skins pack from the hacks section of halo pc on this site and i dont kno what to do now. all ive done is jus get the Super Skins thingy. what do i have to do now? do i change it to a dif file type because it was .rar file type? then do i put it in a folder, if so what folder? im a noob when it comes to modding things, i dont kno n e thing about it. but all i kno is that i jus...want...this...skin, and for me to be able to use it :    Modified Mar 31st, 12:40am by Esco godlygamer   Posted 31st Mar 2005 9:21pm Welcome! Post 0 / 7 A .rar file is a compressed file. What you need to do is download a program called winrar, so you can extract the contents of the file. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD WINRAR Once you have downloaded winrar, you have to install winrar by double left clicking on the winrar.exe file and install it from there. Once you have the program installed, all you need to do now is double left click your .rar file and extract its contents to a folder. A file called readme.txt should be in the folder. Open up the readme.txt file and follow its instructions. If you have anymore problems with the file, then just post here again and I will try to help as soon as possible.
