Is there anyway to make a brush rotate one way while its rotating another way? ex. A lying down rectangle to rotate up so it's straight up and turn so its facing a different direction... Is this possible? Because I made this rectangle a group then gave it a few keyframes to move it then made it part of another group and made it a rotate in place keyframe so it's rotating while it's moving. This worked fine, but as soon as I make it another group and give it another rotate in place keyframe it doesn't rotate at all no matter what way I make this new rotating in place keyframe make the brush rotate...
You obviously cannot have conflicting rotate in place movers, but other than that it should rotate Maybe you're not allowed more than 2 rotate in place movers on one group Wouldn't know without checking, I have never added more than 2
i think as long as you didnt want them to both rotate at the same time it might work. like...have it set to rotate on the first keyframe, then pause, and the other keyframe shouldnt kick in till that pause, then only last the duration of the pause, then pause itself. allowing the first key to work again, and so and so on...
i too have never successfully added more than 2 rotating keys to a group, but it might work that way.(i tried like hell in A1-hotttropics for the boat. in the end, i settled for a single rotating key that just circled the map. )

I tried once but didn't succeed.
I had either the same result as you (no move)or a chaotic move (my purpose was to create a kind of chopper turning around a tower). Sorry.
