Hello,
Just writing to apologize and advise that the RF tracker will be experiencing several bouts of downtime in the upcoming days. I am relocating the server to a more stable home, and should have it back online in its new home within a week. I will try and keep a temporary tracker online during this transition but access may be hit or miss.

Good to know Rol_k I almost thought you had given up on this game. Glad it's only temporary. Hope your new place works out for you as well.  I know moving sucks, I might be doing that in a couple of years as well. Any way thanks for keeping the tracker up for so long. It allows us old RF's a chance to play with some new players and a few old ones that play from time to time.  |

Thanks for the offer goober, but its okay. My network is multi-homed and i set the wrong gateway on the temporary RF server and the ISP was rejecting packets having the wrong source address...
The Permanent Tracker is now setup. There will be one more set of downtime a couple days from now(~15 minutes) and after that it should be online for a while.

p.s. NoClanFrank.... I really have given up on this game. I no longer play the game, participate at all in the community or otherwise really care to much about it. Way to much drama for my liking, now that I am older and have a family w/ 2 kids. I run the tracker merely as a courtesy to the other die-hard players, and to maintain "neutrality" from the drama. If you want / need my contact info, Frank, please feel free to PM me here, and I will provide it to you. |

I for one am glad you are still running the tracker. I play practicaly every night between 6pm and 7:30pm P.S.T. and so do a couple friends. I mostly play in redfaction.info these days and usually a the same group of old folks like me.
P.S. I wouldn't mind having your contact information. I hope this PM system still works.  if not then let me know and maybe you can email it to me on gmail? |

I no longer play this game since about 2-3 years now. Thanks to everybody for their efforts with this game.
And thanks RIC for painstakingly showing me how to use RED Editor back in the day, keeping in mind this was all done by typing through MSN. and 56k modem! *shudders*
