Even if it did, having to distribute a tbl with your map is unacceptable and will cause anyone who has it to be labeled a cheater. Make a shortcut to REDPF.exe, then right click, go to properties and stick " -sound" (WITH THE SPACE BEFORE the -) at the end. Mind this is the properties of the shortcut I have on my desktop to RED. It can only be done in a shortcut, not the executable.
