I have both and I think I prefer ps3 tbh. The Gears of warbox 360 is still decent. But overall for me ps3 ftw. |

People have their opinions about other things, lets be nice about them and treat them the same, regardless if they play PC, Xbox360 or PS3. Its your choice, so do not let others try to express their bad opinions about what they think is rubbish.
I have a Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii.
Next we will here someones opinion that says "Nintendo Wii is for nubs"  .

The Wii does not suck it is the games that are made for it that sucks only hand full of games are fun to play, i got me a Wii to play the old games for NES, SNES, N64 and so on.. |

Sorry frog, people with consoles tend to have friends in real life .
Seriously though, consoles are good when you have people over, and socialize with "non pc geek types".
I like pc games, I enjoy LAN parties an CENSORED as much as you probably do. I love the customization that comes with most PC games. But at the same time, I work a lot, I don't have a lot of spare time, I like to sit on a sofa in the living room and play some ps3. Nothing wrong with that at all. I mean all consoles are is a pc with a dedicated pad. Nothing there to hate.
The games are being ported to pc - sometimes poorly, this is the fault of the publishers wanting to cash in, some console games are dumbed down compared with complex pc titles. its a shame that the pc is somewhat neglected. I say somewhat because there are still some awesome PC exclusives out there, sadly they tend to be mmorpg's.
Its perfectly fine to have a pc and a console. or just go all out like me ... in my house we have, PC ,PS3, XBOX360 x2, PSP, DS... We did have a Wii but I sold it. Played it once when I brought it one weekend then it just sat there gathering dust for months, not my kinda thing. |

I don't see why not to buy it on PC, The multiplayer stops people who download it to not let them play online i havn't read up much about it as im not getting it untill ive seen my flat mate play it.
but if it has a LAN mode im all good |

The way MW2 is designed also lets Activision decide who gets to play online. Say an expansion comes out and they want to push sales, why not disable online play for any non-expansion player? A peer-to-peer style server also means you have to rely on the other player's Internet connections being good, not just yours. A maximum of 18 players is also kind of hindering, if you ask me. |

My flatmate went to the release party last night he can't install the game because the CD key wasnt activiting was just talking to him this morning before work so thats a bad start to the game already, how ever im not into the gaming scene as much online anymore, Fallout 3 has been the game for me for ages and when im not playing games im out either working or working on my car these days |
